Day 1: Saigon Arrival

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City. Also known as Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City is the largest and busiest city in Vietnam. You will be welcomed by your local guide and transferred to your hotel in the heart of Saigon for check in. Relax after your long-haul flight.

Overnight in Saigon.

Day 2: Saigon City Tour - AO Show (B/D)

Wake up late this morning and enjoy breakfast at hotel. Take a half-day tour around Saigon with your guide and get insights into its fascinating history. Your first stop today is the city’s most iconic building: The Reunification Hall, formerly called the Presidential Palace. Then take a stroll to Ho Chi Minh City’s colonial quarter, walking past scenes of everyday life on the way. Admire the beautiful architecture of the Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon, the City Hall, the Old Saigon Post Office. Hear about the glory days of French Indochina and how that era continues to influence aspects of modern Vietnamese culture. 

Head to the historic Saigon Opera House for an incredible cultural experience: The AO Show. Have dinner at a local restaurant before back to hotel.

Day 3: Vietnam Country & Golf Club (B)

After breakfast, travel with your guide to Vietnam Golf & Country Club, the first 36-hole golf club in Vietnam. Set amongst 300 hectares of woodland, Vietnam Golf & Country Club includes two championship great 18-hole golf courses. It has long been recognized as Vietnam’s premier golf club and was voted as one of the Asia best golf courses. Enjoy your first 18-hole round of golf in Vietnam. 

Transfer to Ho Tram for hotel check in. The rest of the day is at your leisure by the pool or by the beach.

Day 4: The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip (B)

Have breakfast at hotel. Enjoy the second round of 18-hole game at the Bluffs Ho Tram Strip. The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip is another masterpiece from legendary Greg Norman which has really captured the essence of a true links course and is designed around the huge sand dunes with dramatic ocean views.  Often cited as the best golf course in Vietnam, The Bluffs is a highlight of any golf holiday in Southeast Asia. Greg Norman put it best when he said that The Bluffs is “one of the most special golf experiences in the world”.

Refresh your mind and body with a massage treatment at the hotel.

Day 5: Saigon - Danang (B)

The morning is free at your leisure to relax. Check out and travel back to the airport in Ho Chi Minh City for a short flight to Danang. On arrival, meet your local guide and transfer to your hotel for check-in. The day is free at your leisure.

Day 6: Ba Na Hills Golf Club (B)

Another golf day of full excitement awaits you at the Ba Na Hills Golf Club. Designed by the world-renowned Luke Donald and managed by IMG, the stunning Ba Na Hills Golf Club is located in the foothills and forests of the famed Ba Na Hills, only 25 minutes from Danang. The multiple-award winning course is surrounded by magnificent scenery that offers spectacular views on every hole. Playing to a par of 72, this highly regarded championship layout, offers a great test of golf and a wonderful golf experience. The rest of the day is at leisure by the hotel pool or by the beach.

Day 7: Hoian Ancient Town (B/L)

Today explore one of Vietnam’s most charming coastal towns, Hoian. Begin the walking tour through the charming streets lined with honey-yellow buildings until reaching Chua Ong Pagoda. This ancient, Chinese-inspired structure dates back to 1653, and within its walls, visitors can smell the sweet aroma of incense. From here, walk onward to nearby Phuc Kien Assembly Hall and Jinshang Temple, dedicated to the Goddess of the Sea.

After taking in the fascinating 200-year-old Tan Ky House, enjoy a short rest at one of Hoi An’s most iconic structures, the beautiful and intricately decorated Japanese Covered Bridge. Next, relax with a revitalizing cup of tea at Reaching Out Tea House - an establishment that aids members of the community who are living with disabilities. Enjoy lunch with traditional Hoian delicacies. 

Return to Danang. The rest of the day is your free time at leisure.

Day 8: Montgomerie Golf Links Vietnam (B)

Spend this morning at Montgomerie Golf Links Vietnam, as one of Asia’s ten most elite courses. Created by golfing legend Colin Montgomerie, Montgomerie Links Golf Course is truly a 5-star championship links style course that tees up challenging and enjoyable play for all levels of golfers from around the world. The traditional links style design features sandy soil, wind-blown dunes, existing native vegetation, strategically placed bunkers, generous and undulating greens and closely mown chipping areas. The course also hosts more water holes than most links courses, including lakes and streams that add further aesthetic appeal. Enjoy your 18-hole game. Transfer back to your hotel for a relaxing body massage treatment.

Day 9: The Old Quarter of Hanoi (B)

Breakfast at hotel. You are free until transfer to Danang Airport for a short flight to Hanoi, the charming capital of Vietnam. Meet your local guide at the airport and transfer to your hotel for check in. 

Spend this afternoon a wander through some of the Old Quarter’s 36 streets named for the products historically sold there. Let the guide lead the way through a labyrinthine of back alleys into the city’s authentic heart; pass by time-worn temples and traditional houses to encounter people who call this fascinating city home. Stop for some traditional deserts (chè) or Vietnamese coffee (cà phê), before heading to your final stop at Ngoc Son Temple on a tiny island of the iconic Hoan Kiem lake.

Day 10: BRG King’s Island Golf Resort (B)

After breakfast, travel 50km outskirt of Hanoi to BRG Kings Island Golf Resort, the first 55 holes golf resort in Northern Vietnam. The island golf complex comprises of three courses, situated on 350 hectares of land and 1,500 hectares of waterfront. The unique layout of each golf course designed by world-famous golf architects will excite and challenge golfers of all levels and abilities. Today challenge yourself at the King course.

Day 11: Halong Bay Cruise (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Travel to the World Heritage Site of Halong Bay, a truly breathtaking destination with thousands of limestone islands emerging out of the emerald water. Sail among the dramatic peaks, enjoy group excursions, on-board activities or just spend some time relaxing on board. Activities are subject to change due to cruise selection and weather conditions. Towards the end of the day the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst formations. Lunch and dinner are served on board.

Day 12: FLC Halong Bay Golf Club (B/D)

Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise over the calming waters of the bay or join a Tai Chi session on the sun deck. Take shore excursions or enjoy on-board activities. Continue cruising around the bay while breakfast or brunch is served on board. You disembark at the end of the morning and transfer to FLC Halong Bay Golf Club for the last round of golf. The 18-hole championship Schmidt-Curley designed layout offers stunning scenic ocean views over the famous world heritage site of Halong Bay. Enjoy your golf time. 

Travel to Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh Resort, the first Japanese-standard Onsen Resort in Northern Vietnam. Relax, refresh and rejuvenate in the privacy of your exclusive washitsu, designed in authentic Japanese style with its own private onsen and sauna. Have dinner at the resort’s restaurant.

Day 13: Yoko Onsen - Departure (B)

Enjoy this morning at leisure until check out at noon. You will meet your guide and travel to Noi Bai Airport for your onward flight home or next destinations.

PAYMENT

Booking is made more than 30 days prior to cruise date: A 50% deposit of total value is required upon confirmation. The balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to cruise date.

Booking is made less than 30 days prior to cruise date: 100% of total value is required upon confirmation.

Payment method: by bank transfer or by credit card. Client/remitting party must cover their own bank charges. Credit card payment incurs a merchant service fee of 2% for Visa, Mastercard and 3% for American Express, in addition to the total amount payable.

Booking will be cancelled if payments are not received on due date(s).

CANCELLATION/AMENDEMENT

Cancellations or amendments must be informed in writing. E-mail cancellation or booking amendments are only effective once re-confirmed by FantaSea Travel. We strongly recommend to advice passenger to purchase travel insurance to cover cancellation cost if any. We do not cover any costs related to passengers’ travelling risk. Should you have to cancel or amend, the following terms will apply:

More than 30 days: 10% of total value

From 15 to 30 days: 25% of total value

From 8 to 14 days: 50% of total value

Within 7 days or no show: 100% of total value

Certain special offers may be non-refundable/non-amendable. These will be advised to you at the time of booking. Refund can take up to 45 days after cancellation date.

COVID-19 POLICY

For all new bookings made from 1 January 2021, we grant free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival (thereafter 100% charge) if the reason for cancellation is related to COVID-19 such as the following:

+ Guests suspected or confirmed to carry the virus

+ Guests being denied to board an airplane

+ Border closures in Vietnam, in a neighboring country for tour bookings or in the guests’ country of residence

+ Quarantine obligation

+ New lockdown

In such circumstances, FantaSea Travel will allow you to change the dates of your tour or offer you a credit for another tour. This policy is only valid if the ability to travel is beyond the control of the guest. Guests are required to provide reasonable documentation confirming that their inability to travel is due to COVID-19 related matters. The final decision to waive cancellation charges lies entirely with FantaSea Travel at all times.
