Day 1: Hanoi - Tuan Chau Marina - Halong Bay (L/D)

09:00 - 09:15 Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter. Start 2,5-hour road trip via 5B express way on high-end limousine or MPV Kia Sedona (for the guests use our transfer service).

12:00 - 12:30 Arrive Tuan Chau marina, transferred by speedboat to the Elite of the Seas. Welcome aboard to our cruise. Freshen up with wet tower and enjoy our welcome drink. Meet the captain and crew members. Learn safety instruction. Set sail as lunch is served.

12:30 - 17:00 Join us for a typical lunch in the luxury dining room with indoor or outdoor dining area. You can observe our chef present your food directly from your table. 

- Check-in your cabin. Time to refresh and unwind. 

- Enjoy the breath-taking view of some islets such as: Con Vit islet, Thumb islet while we move to Ao Ech area.

- Drop anchor for Kayaking to discover limestone islands, soaking yourself in the emerald water or just simply sunbathe on our Celestial Pool area or in your private balcony.

- Heading toward the sleeping area.

Early evening Watch the sun goes down and enjoy Sunset party with complimentary cocktails demonstration. It’s perfect time to make new friends, sharing your travel story or just relax in the seasonal swimming pool, enjoy your time in our golf course, do the exercise at fitness area. Dwell on the beauty of life. Watch the stars, and seeyourself running with them.

18:00 Cooking demonstration will be organized at the restaurant area. Let’s try to make one of the best dishes of Vietnam - the fried/fresh springroll, with the detailed instruction from our staff and guidance from our chef.

19:00 BBQ dinner is served with fresh food menu in our Cirrus Cloud restaurant. After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at panoramic bar with seasonal pool view, at wine and cigars cellar, or take one of our onboard activities: boardgames, movies, and squid fishing… or relaxing with massage services.

Day 2: Lan Ha Bay - Cycling at Viet Hai Village (B/L/D)

This day is for 2-night cruise only. Please skip this day if you wish to book 1-night cruise.

06:30 Join us for a Tai Chi session on the sundeck for early riser. Tai chi helps improving your cardiovascular system and your night-time sleep. Or you can opt to do exercises in our gym.

07:30 Have light breakfast in a panorama view of the world heritage site. After breakfast, enjoy your free time on the boat. You can enjoy spa therapies, play board games, watching TV, etc.

10:00 - 11:30 Vietnamese buffet is served in our Cirrus Cloud restaurant. Then you can go back to your cabin to pack a small bag for the trip to the Viet Hai village, which is located on Cat Ba island.

13:15 Transferred by the speedboat heading to Viet Hai Village.

Afternoon: Take the bicycle ride or relax on car to enjoy gorgeous sceneries along village roads and go through rain forests. We also visit a local family’s house to see the daily life of local people. Back to the speedboat to continue cruising further in Lan Ha Bay.

15:00 Our speedboat will stop at a natural beach area for swimming. It’s the perfect time for you to take unique photo with the astounding scenery.

Early evening Return the Elite of the Seas, take your free time to refresh or play some short gam e in our golf course or relax with massage services as we cruise to sleeping area. Dinner is served with different menu.

- After dinner reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at our bar, swimming pool, wine and cigars cellar or enjoy the landscape of the bay at night. Relax with massage services. Take one of our on-board activities like squid fishing, watching movies in the restaurant.

- Hot footbath with lemongrass and salt (optional)

Day 3: Dark & Bright Cave - Disembarkation - Departure (B/L)

06:30 Join us for a Tai Chi session on the sundeck for early riser. Tai chi helps improving your cardiovascular system and your night-time sleep. Oryou can opt to do excersizes in our gym.

07:00 - 07:45 Local light breakfast is served at Cirrus Cloud restaurant

08:00 Immerse yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and it’s dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Dark & Bright Cave (Hang Sang & Toi). Take your option either exploring the cave by yourself on kayak or comfortably on local boat rowed by the locals.

09:30 Check-out the room

10:00 Vietnamese cuisine buffet is served at the Cirrus Cloud restaurant

12:00 Disembark from the cruise as our crew say farewell, back to Tuan Chau Marina by our speedboat. Transferred by ultra-luxurious limousine or MPV Kia Sedona return to Hanoi (for the guest use our transfer service). Arrival back at your hotel in Hanoi approximately 15:00.

PAYMENT

Booking is made more than 30 days prior to cruise date: A 50% deposit of total value is required upon confirmation. The balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to cruise date.

Booking is made less than 30 days prior to cruise date: 100% of total value is required upon confirmation.

Payment method: by bank transfer or by credit card. Client/remitting party must cover their own bank charges. Credit card payment incurs a merchant service fee of 2% for Visa, Mastercard and 3% for American Express, in addition to the total amount payable.

Booking will be cancelled if payments are not received on due date(s).

CANCELLATION/AMENDEMENT

Cancellations or amendments must be informed in writing. E-mail cancellation or booking amendments are only effective once re-confirmed by FantaSea Travel. We strongly recommend to advice passenger to purchase travel insurance to cover cancellation cost if any. We do not cover any costs related to passengers’ travelling risk. Should you have to cancel or amend, the following terms will apply:

More than 30 days: 10% of total value

From 15 to 30 days: 25% of total value

From 8 to 14 days: 50% of total value

Within 7 days or no show: 100% of total value

Certain special offers may be non-refundable/non-amendable. These will be advised to you at the time of booking. Refund can take up to 45 days after cancellation date.

COVID-19 POLICY

For all new bookings made from 1 January 2021, we grant free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival (thereafter 100% charge) if the reason for cancellation is related to COVID-19 such as the following:

+ Guests suspected or confirmed to carry the virus

+ Guests being denied to board an airplane

+ Border closures in Vietnam, in a neighboring country for tour bookings or in the guests’ country of residence

+ Quarantine obligation

+ New lockdown

In such circumstances, FantaSea Travel will allow you to change the dates of your tour or offer you a credit for another tour. This policy is only valid if the ability to travel is beyond the control of the guest. Guests are required to provide reasonable documentation confirming that their inability to travel is due to COVID-19 related matters. The final decision to waive cancellation charges lies entirely with FantaSea Travel at all times.
