GENERAL DUTY

Travel Sales Consultant for Domestic market will be responsible for consulting and providing services to the customers inhabiting in Vietnam.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

+ Receiving requests from customers, providing tour programs, quotations and booking confirmations;

+ Advising clients on information related to tour programs and services;

+ Planning tour program and calculating the tour price to meet the needs of the customers;

+ Processing the service to the Operation Department and confirming the service to the customers;

+ Performing customer care services before, during and after the tour;

+ Monitoring debt and recovering debts of customers;

+ Participating in supporting the guest, researching destination and new products upon request;

+ Producing weekly reports;

+ Performing other tasks upon request from the managers;

REQUIREMENTS

+ College/University graduate

+ Ability to convey information and handle different situations;

+ Caution, responsibility and ability to work in teams;

+ Good English communication skills;
